Asian Miracle Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”) is an Ayurvedic cosmetics and medicine manufacturing laboratory registered in Sri Lanka. This policy covers asianmiraclelaboratories.com, our product verification portal and our distributor systems.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, company); order and delivery details for direct purchases; distributor application and account information; and verification data when a product QR is scanned or a unit code is checked (the code, time of check, and approximate location and device type).
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, fulfil direct orders, assess and manage distributor partnerships, authenticate products and detect counterfeits, maintain manufacturing and expiry records required of a manufacturer, and meet our legal obligations.
Verification scans
QR verification exists to protect you. Scan records are used to confirm a unit is genuine, flag duplicate or suspicious codes, and investigate reports of fake products. They are not used for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with verified distributors and delivery partners as needed to fulfil orders, with service providers who operate our ERP and website under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires.
Cookies & analytics
The website uses essential cookies and basic analytics to understand how pages are used. You can disable cookies in your browser; the verification portal will still work.
Retention & security
Records are kept in our ERP with role-based access controls and are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as manufacturing regulations require. Batch and verification records may be kept for the life of the product plus applicable statutory periods.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Write to inquiries@asianmiraclelaboratories.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
